I had a wonderful experience at CRT Imaging for my recent ultrasound. The facility was clean, calm, and well-organised, which made me feel comfortable right away.

The highlight of my visit was the technician, Sharon. She was incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire appointment. They took the time to explain each step, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. You can really tell they care about their patients and take pride in their work.

It’s not always easy walking into medical appointments, but this visit exceeded my expectations. I left feeling informed, cared for, and at ease. I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this place to anyone needing an ultrasound. Thank you again to Sharon and the team!

I had Luke and had a outstanding experience with Luke during my recent ultrasound. From the moment i walked in, his professionalism, calm demeanor and genuine care put me at ease. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions and made what could have been stressful appointment feel comfortable. His skill and attention to detail were evident and its clear he takes great pride in delivering high quality care. If your looking for someone who is not only highly competent but also kind, respectful and compassionate, i can’t recommend Luke enough. A true asset to the clinic and the profession!

I attended CRT Imaging for an ultrasound today. I was attended to by Luke. He was amazing! (Not bad on the eyes either), which was a nice distraction!!. Luke was calming, polite and extremely professional. He showed he genuinely cared and immediately made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Thankyou!! Definitely an asset to have in the medical field.

What a great atmosphere! The staff eased my nerves and were so kind. I got my referral from my GP in the morning and was able to get my scan the same day - INCREDIBLE!

The place is well presented, clean and feels very warm. The receptionists are so friendly and nice, than out of the blue, the owner and doctor is my great high school friend.

My GP required me to get an urgent CT scan. He referred me to CRT at 4pm in the afternoon, and after calling them for an appointment they said to come in straight away. I went straight to the Southport practice and I was out by 530pm same afternoon. Amazing service.

The receptionists were charming and helpful. The technician was supportive and caring. The specialist doctor was informative and very professional. Easy parking in the building basement. I would have given my review 5 + Stars except for the quite long wait. ⭐⭐⭐🌟 I had a full battery though.

I have been to CRT Imaging 3 times in the last 4 months & I’m someone who suffers with health anxiety so these appointments can be very nerve racking. I had a friend come with me the first time for comfort & support but I have to say, the level of compassion and reassurance I felt in that first appointment from John was very comforting. I just had my third appointment this morning with everything looking amazing which I am thrilled about. I highly recommend CRT Imaging for their professionalism, their state of the art facilities and their compassion in these times when it can be very daunting.
