MRI Patient Safety Questionnaire

Today, my GP asked me to get a scan done urgently, but I couldn’t find any place to book me in straight away. A friend suggested I try CRT in Southport, and I’m so glad I did! The receptionist was incredibly friendly, understood the urgency of my situation, and booked me in immediately.The staff were professional and welcoming, making the whole experience stress-free. I was even more impressed when my report was sent to my GP within two hours!I would 100% recommend CRT Southport to anyone in need of efficient and professional service.

Best choice I made to go to this medical practice. I had the pleasure of meeting Sue, at front desk, who was so helpful and was super efficient. The ladies that worked on the hi tech were very professional and informative about what was happening. John provided the last treatment. He was very confident in his skills which made me feel at ease and that I was having treatment with a very careful chosen professional. This scanning facility will be my go to for all imaging going forward.

Called for a emergency ultra sound on my legThe clinic was so kind to me found a booking within the hour. The radiologist who did the ultra sound was Very professional at what he was doing and Looking at and the knowledge he hadI would recommend anyone to this clinic and their staff for the experience. Exceptional service when requesting appointment where Receptionist fitted me in when I was down at Southport for other tests. This booking was for only several days after my request.On arrival we were greeted with a smile. While I filled in forms we were presented with a hot cuppa, which was very much appreciated as hadn't had anything except water since 6am this was 2.45ish.MRI was made comfortable being covered with a warm blanket. Whilst having MRI I was regularly checked on.Returning to Reception, again offered a cuppa and a taxi ordered for me.A very pleasant experience following a long day of tests.

Excellent service! Professional, polite and friendly staff who warmly welcome you and accomodate your needs. John is a top sonographer providing thorough instructions and making me feel comfortable the entire time of my scanning process. This is a modern and immaculately maintained clinic with state-of-the-art equipment. I highly recommend this imaging clinic and will definitely return for any future medical imaging!

Very good place to go.Helpful staff and so new and clean. Netflix tv while waiting if have contrast .Great big car park with number plate recognition . Free parking of have appointment there.

CRT is a modern and welcoming facility with state of the art equipment. All the staff were welcoming, caring and knowledgeable. I was put at ease immediately by the small touches like a bottle of water and warm gown. I highly recommend CRT for any imaging needs.
